Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Senior SEC Reporting Manager to lead external reporting activities for a financial services organization in Chicago, Illinois. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate and timely quarterly and annual filings while guiding a high-performing reporting team. The position partners closely with finance and business leaders to strengthen disclosure quality, support technical accounting matters, and enhance reporting processes through continuous improvement.

• Direct the preparation, review, and submission of periodic SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
