Lead and establish Agile delivery practices across the engineering organization for a SaaS real-estate platform.
Coach teams and Scrum Masters to improve Agile maturity and drive predictable, high-quality software delivery.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, remove impediments, and unblock engineering teams.
Drive cross-team improvement initiatives and help shape delivery processes and engineering culture at an early-stage startup.
Use metrics (velocity, burn-down/up, cycle time, throughput) to diagnose and improve delivery performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering leadership to align priorities and ensure continuous improvement.
