Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and certified Scrum Master to guide and coach our development teams in adopting and adhering to Agile methodologies. The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, foster a collaborative environment, and drive continuous improvement to enhance team productivity and product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor the development team(s) on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices.
- Identify and remove impediments or blockers that hinder the team's progress.
- Promote self-organization and cross-functionality within the team.
- Assist the Product Owner with backlog refinement and ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
