Job Description
Senior SAP FSM Solution Architect
The SAP Utilities FSM Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions for utility organizations. This role ensures successful integration of field operations, dispatching, resource planning, and mobile workforce functionality with SAP back‑end systems (ECC/S/4HANA). The FSM Lead works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and field personnel to deliver a seamless, efficient and digital field service experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP Utilities or Field Service experience.
- FSM, Mirata Forms and SSAM experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience implementing SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
- Deep understanding of SAP PM/CS, service orders, work management and utility field operations.
