SAP Fiori ESS/MSS Functional & Technical Consultant (S/4HANA HCM)

About the Project
You will lead the implementation and roll‑out of SAP Fiori ESS (Employee Self‑Service) and MSS (Manager Self‑Service) for a general organisation of around 10,000 employees on S/4HANA. This is not a pure Fiori developer role: you are expected to gather requirements with HR, design the solution, configure the Fiori Launchpad, manage Gateway and OData, coordinate SAPUI5 developments, and lead testing, deployment and post go‑live support across thousands of concurrent users.
Your Profile
- 7+ years in SAP HCM (mandatory)
- 5+ years implementing SAP Fiori
- At least 3 full end‑to‑end ESS/MSS implementations
