Job Description
Abacus Global is seeking a Senior Support Engineer with 6–9 years of SAP Commerce (Hybris) experience to act as the technical escalation point for complex incidents and drive permanent fixes across the platform and its integrations.
The role requires deep Hybris knowledge, ServiceLayer and OCC REST APIs, Solr architecture, and strong ITIL process understanding. You will lead major incidents, perform RCA, and mentor junior engineers in a global services environment.
