Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior SAP Business One Consultant to join our ERP delivery team. You will lead and support end-to-end SAP Business One implementations, upgrades, and support engagements — partnering with clients to understand their business needs, configuring and optimizing SAP B1 environments (SQL Server and HANA), and delivering projects on time and within agreed service levels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead SAP B1 support activities across issue resolution, client liaison, and coordination with internal teams to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Administer SAP installations, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP Business One, SQL Server, SAP HANA, and related components.
• Facilitate requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews and workshops, and prepare clear, well-structured minutes of meetings.
