Job Description

Our valued public sector client is searching for Senior SAP BI/BW Specialists to design, develop, and support extractors to facilitate reporting.

Background:

The organization is looking to manage the legacy environment until it is replaced and decommissioned by the resulting new information system. Therefore, it will need to maintain and enhance the existing SAP base system required for replacing legacy systems. The current environment is composed of the current SAP ECC 6.0 with a limited number of the new SAP S/4 HANA software modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, build, maintain, support, and troubleshoot extractors, BW process chains, cubes and queries to pull data from source systems into an SAP BI/BW system to facilitate reporting requirements
  • Enhance SAP ECC extractors using ABAP user exits to include custom fields and business logic, enabling accurate data extraction and seamless integration into SAP BW
