Role Purpose In ERM’s GDC, this role enables high-quality, standardised and scalable delivery for Salesforce business analysis and solution design, acting as the primary liaison between the IT Business Partner (ITBP), business stakeholders, and the Salesforce developers to ensure alignment and successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.Key Responsibilities
