Job Description
The Senior Business Systems Analyst role focuses on bridging business requirements with Salesforce-based systems. Reporting to the Director of Technical Solutions, you will work across discovery, planning, and delivery to ensure the Salesforce solutions meet business needs while aligning with agile practices.
You will gather high-level requirements, define functional specs, and collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders across Toronto or London offices with a 3x weekly hybrid schedule.
