Role Summary
DBRS Morningstar is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Associate to provide global support for regional demand generation teams worldwide. The role reports to the Global Salesforce Administrator and focuses on identifying and delivering on new projects that help business development team members get more done with less work. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of B2B marketing automation, CRM, and sales outreach platforms and is capable of configuring software tools to manage the contact-level data used to coordinate, execute, and measure marketing campaigns. Previous work experience within the financial services industry is preferred but not required for candidates who can demonstrate their ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in our Toronto office with a required four days a week in office.
