Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability to create detailed Sales business plans for the assigned region.
• Lead the sales and marketing activities through the shared team to ensure goal/target achievements.
• Target the right clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust based relationships that create value.
• Ability to manage and lead a team with new ideas
• Nurture and create pipelines by increasing the depth of the channel in the given territories.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to increase the leads pipeline for the partners.
• Explore new similar countries which would give breadth to the business
• Build and sustain key relationships with individuals across the different sectors
