Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service, understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, maintain showroom standards, meet cash‑collected and discount targets, manage sales orders, accounts, stock takes, and collaborate with studio and decorator partners.
Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) required; diploma or degree in interior design is an advantage. Minimum three years’ experience in retail, interior, or client‑facing sales, preferably in the premium or lifestyle sector.
