Job Description
Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually
What You'll Do
- Analyzing sales orders, trends, plus/minus reports, and budget documents for the Sales Manager and customer business reviews.
- Complete trend analysis and reporting for internal use and strategic planning purposes.
- Work within customer portals for assigned accounts while developing a strong understanding of customer expectations, requirements and business needs.
- Liaise with the Logistics Department to resolve delivery issues, add new lines as growth occurs, and complete bi‑annual RFQ requests.
- Maintain and update customer records in NAV and our CRM tool.
- Track sales targets, identify variances, and communicate deviations or risks to Sales Management in a timely manner.
