Job Description
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive safety programs and policies
- Conducting regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
- Providing training and guidance to employees on safety best practices and regulatory requirements
- Investigating and documenting incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborating with relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Maintaining detailed records and generating reports on safety performance and incident data
- Continuously improving safety processes and procedures to enhance the overall safety culture within the organisation
