The Senior Manager of Safety (Mechanical) is responsible for implementing and leading safety programs across assigned OmniTRAX railroads. As a key safety resource for property managers and employees, this role actively drives improvements and implements risk mitigation strategies. The Senior Manager works collaboratively to foster a strong safety culture, ensure adherence to safe work practices, and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
