Responsibilities / 岗位职责
- Responsible for the architecture design and R&D of the company’s core platform services using Rust. 使用 Rust 语言负责公司核心平台服务的架构设计与研发工作。
- Continuously deliver reliable, efficient, and cost-effective data services that create business value. 持续交付稳定、高效、具备成本优势的数据服务，为业务创造价值。
- Provide architectural and performance optimization solutions, and drive fast iterations of backend systems. 提供系统架构与性能优化方案，推动后端服务的快速迭代。
- Collaborate closely with product and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and observability. 与产品及基础设施团队密切协作，确保系统具备高可用性、可扩展性与可观测性。
