Job Description
Your job:
- Develop plugins and interfaces for integrating Festo End-of-Arm Tools into major robotic ecosystems (e.g. industrial robot APIs such as FANUC, ABB, UR).
- Advance GripperAI (model-free grasping in productive 24/7 use), including, CAD-based matching, Continuous physical learning, Robust real-time perception with sensor-fusion.
- Prototype and evaluate next-generation approaches (e.g., Vision-Language-Action models) for robotic manipulation.
- Build and optimize the dataset and end-to-end ML training pipeline.
- Ensure reliable deployment in industrial environments (latency, robustness, scalability).
Your qualification:
- Degree in Robotics, AI, Computer Science, or similar
- Hands-on experience in computer vision / robotic manipulation
