- Supervise and coach supervisors and service staff.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and consistent service quality.
- Conduct staff briefings and provide on-the-job training.
- Monitor labour productivity and manpower deployment.
- Handle customer complaints and implement service recovery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and cost control.
- Support restaurant sales initiatives and operational improvements.
- Assume the Restaurant Manager's duties in their absence.
