Drive excellence in property management with Onward as a Senior Residential Portfolio Manager. Oversee daily operations while ensuring high resident satisfaction and strict compliance.
This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Resident Services, focusing on efficient property management, budget control, and staff leadership. You will work closely with the Building Services team to address maintenance needs while managing resident relations as the key point of contact. Your oversight will significantly enhance the living experience across assigned properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Streamline daily operations of properties for optimal performance
• Support and mentor Resident Services staff effectively
• Control operating and capital budgets to meet financial goals
• Facilitate resident communications and regulatory compliance
• Manage leasing processes and fill vacancies efficiently
Requirements:
• 3+ years in property management or related field
