Job Description
Jacobs is currently looking for a Sr. Resident Engineer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. Owner’s representative in construction contracts responsible for coordinating efforts of the contractors during construction, closeout, and occupancy.
• Works in a team environment inclusive of a Project Manager, successfully delivering projects on time and within budget including appropriate expectations of quality.
• Responsible for coordinating the efforts of the contractors.
• Responsible for evaluating the progress and quality of construction activities in conformance with approved schedules and budgets.
• Monitoring and reporting on Contractor schedule performance.
• Create and maintain the change management, risk, register/log to forecast potential and upcoming changes in the work.
• Mange the change review, change management process to execute change orders.
