Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated individual to join the Polymer and Composite Processing Group as a Research Engineer/Senior Research Engineer. In this exciting role, you will contribute to the product redesign of aircraft cabin interior components, support the development of polymer and composite processing technologies to drive value-added manufacturing in Singapore. You will gain hands‑on experience across both research and industrial environments, where you may be involved in process innovation, product structural testing and failure analysis.
Job Description- Lead/support the technical execution and delivery of projects in thermoforming and polymer melt‑flow processes
- Prepare 2D & 3D CAD drawings for components, tooling and test fixtures
- Conduct prototype fabrication, pre‑production fitment trials, product quality control and laboratory tests, to ensure timely project delivery
