Job Description
Shape agile processes as a Senior Release Train Engineer at TD in Toronto. Lead multiple agile teams, facilitating PI planning and optimizing release management for business outcomes.
As a key part of the Enterprise Enabling Functions team, you will leverage your 7+ years of Agile experience to manage value delivery through effective coaching and collaboration. Your role will include guiding teams in Scrum and Kanban methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives while advising on risks and dependencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate PI Planning and System Demos for agile teams
• Manage release dependencies and track key performance metrics
