Job Description
Talent Acquisition Today is hiring a Senior Recruiter who will own a full 360 recruitment desk for mid to senior roles. You will build and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach and referrals, manage end-to-end search processes, and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
This role is remote, with a performance-based model offering uncapped commissions up to 90% of billings, plus access to tools and ATS to support daily work and monthly reporting.
