We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team SG Support Team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering recruitment, with the ability to identify top talent and drive recruitment strategies that align with our clients' needs.

What You'll Do:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for engineering roles
• Collaborate with consultants to understand clients' staffing needs
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and industry professionals
• Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent
• Monitor recruiting metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
