Job Title: Senior Recruiter
Location: Blauvelt, New York
Type: Direct Hire with Benefits
Compensation: $50-60K, plus commission potential
Work Model: Onsite 5 days per week (8am to 5pm)

+ Source, recruit, and onboard production and manufacturing candidates
+ Evaluate and assess candidate qualifications
+ Interview candidates
+ Develop and maintain a pipeline of talent
+ Ensure all employees satisfy compliance requirements
+ Build employee/manager relationships
+ Generate leads and market intelligence
+ Coordinate, document, and track new employees
+ Handle Quality Control/Customer Service issues
