THE ROLE

As a Senior R&D Engineer at Kempower, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market. On a typical day, you'll develop our power conversion and sharing products together with colleagues, making a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize transportation.

ROLE SPECIFICS:

• Lead the design of complex power conversion products.
• Conduct advanced simulations, loss modeling, reliability analysis, and derating calculations.
• Participate in component selection decisions and collaborate with suppliers for critical components.
• Lead testing of prototypes, ensuring reliability, performance, and readiness for certification.
• Provide technical leadership in resolving critical electrical, thermal, and EMC challenges.
• Mentor colleagues and guide decisions that affect power conversion products.
