Job Summary
Senior Quotation Specialist – leads the preparation and management of complex quotations and proposal packages for the Sales and Major Projects Group.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist the Project Group with RFQ requests, quote packages, order processing, and account maintenance.
- Review RFQ documentation to identify scope, specifications, and required details.
- Manage and prepare large and complex quotation and proposal packages.
- Coordinate proposal planning sessions, ensuring all required stakeholders are engaged.
- Liaise with the Management Team to align strategy, scope and commercial objectives.
- Analyze opportunities, costs and risks throughout the bid and proposal process.
