- Quantity take-off, VO
- Handle pre and post contractual
- To handle main contractor and subcontractors works
- Progress claims, payments and variation works
- Coordination and Liaison with consultants, maincon, subcon and suppliers
- Correspondence, Letter of Awards, payment certificates
- Able to work independently, pro-active and team player
