About the job Senior Quantity Surveyor / Tender (M&E)

Responsibilities
- Valuing completed works and filing of progress claims
- Monitoring of procurement process
- Preparation of budgets
- Filing of variations / monitoring of project variations
- Advise site team on contractual issues
- Conducting site measurements
- Review and understand all plans and specifications
- Arranging meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to review the specifications, scope of works and method of construction if required
- Built‑up rates for costing purpose
- Attendance of site/technical meetings
- Drafting of subcontracts
- Preparation of cost assessment for Variation Orders
- Evaluation of price comparison summary
