- Dynamic Valuation and Claims: Conducts regular on-site physical measurements alongside site engineers to verify actual penetration depths and process monthly progress claims based on ground realities.
- Managing Structural Variations (VOs): Evaluates, prices, and negotiates cost changes caused by unpredictable underground soil profiles, rock socketing variances, and unmapped utility obstructions.
- Subcontractor Management: Source comparative vendor quotes, administers specialized contracts (like NEC), and certifies final accounts for heavy machinery rentals and independent pile testing agencies.
