Role Summary
The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all pre- and post-contract commercial and quantity surveying activities for construction projects. The role ensures accurate measurement, valuation, cost control, contract administration, claims management, and commercial risk mitigation while maximizing project profitability. The position works closely with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure successful commercial delivery of projects.
