Job Description
checc(singapore) pte. ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to translate structural drawings and geotechnical reports into accurate BOQs and cost estimates. You will perform pre-contract take-offs, review tenders, and prepare detailed bids.
Based in Tampines, you will work with site engineers to verify measurements, price variations, manage NEC contracts, and certify accounts for heavy equipment rentals. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years' experience are required.
