About the Role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor supports construction project delivery by monitoring progress through the measurement and evaluation of installed quantities against approved plans and baselines. The role integrates quantity tracking, forecasting, and estimate loading with cost and performance metrics, contributing to value engineering, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility assessments across labour, materials, and execution strategies.
