Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central Belt Scotland
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + car allowance
Contract Type: Full-time
Framework: High-volume NEC Option B projects
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and commercially-driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team. This is a high-responsibility role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their workload, and is confident managing a large volume of projects simultaneously.
You will lead on NEC Option B contracts, provide strong commercial governance, and act as a senior point of guidance for Assistant QS team members. The successful candidate will be someone with excellent judgement, strong organisational capability, and the ability to “take control and steer the ship” when required.
