Commercial Manager (Civils) / Senior Quantity Surveyor sought, Leeds. We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing business delivering low-carbon, decarbonisation and infrastructure projects. This is a standalone position, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of commercial and estimating activities across the entire project lifecycle. You will be a civils biased Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor / Civils Commercial Manager with proven experience of managing civil biased schemes / infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the commercial function across multiple projects, ensuring strong commercial performance from tender stage through to final account.
