Working on Civil Schemes up to £100m and reporting into the regional Commercial Manager. The ideal person: • Will have extensive experience in working on Civil Engineering projects, specifically Roads/Highways HNC/HND • Degree in Quantity Surveying desirable • Strong Commercial Skills • Productive supervision of subordinates including adequate planning, monitoring and control • Ability to manage a team on complex projects Responsibilities: • Full quantity surveying duties • Provision of pre and post contract project control and responsibility • Staff structure and formal routes of reporting • Planning, organisation and control • Monitoring all work executed, at all stages, to ensure that an accurate and professional service is offe...
