The Project

The Role
As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial ownership of this major healthcare development. You will manage upstream and downstream commercial activity, drive cost-efficiencies, and mitigate risk on a highly regulated site.
What You'll Need
Deep working knowledge of NEC contracts (NEC3 or NEC4) is essential for this role.
A proven track record of managing major build projects (ideally £15m+ in value) from procurement through to final accounts.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex variations smoothly.
