Description:
Build, develop, establish, and maintain and safety program policies, processes, and procedures. Work directly with aviation operating entities to ensure inspections, process control analyses, and internal audits are conducted IAW the Business System Manual (BSM). Generate results-based quantitative assessment of contract and safety performance for use by external stakeholders. Implement and maintain an AS9110-compliant Aviation Safety Management System (SMS). Oversee the Risk Management Program, AS9100, AS9120, ISO 21001 (as applicable), and AS9110 standards. Provide expertise and guidance on interpreting policies, governmental regulations, and agency procedures. Support the Quality, Safety,. Supervise and mentor a team of subordinate safety experts.
