Job Description
Molex is seeking a Senior Customer Quality / Quality Supervisor to lead and guide Quality Engineers in resolving quality issues related to Finished Goods. You will play a critical role in driving Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) reduction and implementing Zero‑Defect culture.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a strong background in automotive wire harness manufacturing. This position is located in Mabalacat, Pampanga, Philippines.
