Job Description
Plasticos Castella SA is seeking Direct Quality Engineers to lead the quality function across global customer accounts. You will recruit, interview and coach Quality Engineers and Technicians, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in key metrics.
You will develop QA plans for new product introductions and support quoting with process design input. Role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
