In this role you will lead the QA function for Star Trek Fleet Command, shaping the QA strategy and coordinating both internal and external teams. You’ll partner with executives to align quality goals with the game’s growth and live operations. You’ll drive a culture of quality, manage metrics and improvements, and ensure high-quality releases across platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment with a strong emphasis on impact and collaboration.
