Job Description
West Pharmaceutical Services seeks a Quality Assurance professional to manage customer complaints, lead root-cause investigations, and drive CAPA programs. You will host customer audits and spearhead quality improvement projects while ensuring compliance with ISO 15378/9001 and cGMP.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science with 5+ years in QA for pharma/medical devices, strong Excel/reporting skills, and Lean Six Sigma experience.
