Insight Global is seeking a Senior QA Lead to own and elevate quality across a high-volume, transaction-driven platform supporting ordering, payments, and loyalty programs. This role is focused on preventing production issuesāespecially under peak loadāand ensuring systems perform reliably in real-world conditions.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Define and implement QA strategy, frameworks, and processes
ā¢ Build and lead the QA function and team
ā¢ Own end-to-end testing coverage across the platform
ā¢ Ensure product quality, performance, and reliability
