The Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) Application Software Quality Assurance program in conjunction with the Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) application will empower citizens of DC to promote the safe operation of motor vehicles and public safety, while providing outstanding customer service. This application will require development and implementation of DMV application to build a comprehensive digital government experience that empowers residents, businesses, and visitors to navigate the process of driver's license and support each step along the way.
