Senior Projects Communications and Media Advisor

Full time Media and Communication Workers

• Initial contract until June 2027 with a possibility of extension
• Attractive hourly pay rate of $124.29 per hour + super
• Working 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
• Hybrid work arrangement (2 days WFH + Sydney office)

Key Accountabilities:

• Issues management including reactive media management, the preparation of briefs, monitoring emerging or potential issues.
• Proactive communications campaign development and delivery in line with business objectives (social media, newsletter outputs, media, QA's, TPs, events)
• Collaborate with the internal communications team to showcase achievements and successes to staff.
• Navigate sensitive issues across multiple stakeholders (Minister’s Office, agencies, delivery partners), often with competing views and evolving positions.
