Midland Transport is currently seeking a Senior Project Specialist- Planning in Dieppe, NB. The Planning Lead is an operations focused role within the Transformation Program. As the subject matter expert in planning capabilities, you will lead the end‑to‑end deployment of planning solutions across the terminal network. This role ensures that planning processes, tools, and workflows are effectively transitioned from the build environment into live operations-enabling terminals to adopt and utilize new planning capabilities with confidence, consistency, and minimal disruption.

The Planning Lead (Transition) develops deep expertise in the future‑state planning model and translates that knowledge into practical deployment activities: terminal readiness assessments, user validation, process alignment, and go‑live support.
