Job Description
Job Summary:
- The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end execution of Aqueduct smart building projects, managing complex installation deployments involving IoT hardware, building controls, sensor integrations, and software implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Aqueduct smart building projects from kickoff through installation, commissioning, go-live, and handoff.
- Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and custome expectations.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects across various stages of deployment.
- Coordinate installation schedules, surveys, procurement, logistics, and field execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
- Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans before they impact timelines or customer satisfaction.
