The role involves leading construction projects to meet goals and deliver quality.

• Provide on-site leadership for the project team by motivating team members to meet project goals and milestones, preparing estimates and detailed project plans for all project phases, and securing adequate resources to achieve objectives within planned timeframes.
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve issues at the construction site; lead and liaise with site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to address arising matters.
• Oversee daily operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and task management; chair project management team meetings and visit each project site regularly.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the well‑being of all personnel involved in the project.
