We are seeking a Senior Project Manager – R&D Product Development to own the delivery of complex medical product development initiatives, including digital products from concept to launch (apps, connected devices, digital ecosystem).

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of complex medical product development including digital products from concept to launch (app, connected devices, digital ecosystem).
• Drive end-to-end delivery across the entire product lifecycle, ensuring high quality and timely outcomes.
• Define, manage, and continuously optimize scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Proactively identify and resolve gaps, risks, and misalignments while unblocking teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing, and external partners.
